I live in Western Australia, and looked for a florist near my MIL, in the UK to deliver the same day. So glad I found Lettys, what amazing service, I was hopeful it will be delivered in time for this Mothers day and when we received confirmation it was delivered and my MIL sent a text saying how lovely they were, I had to write this review that I will definitely be using Lettys again, you guys are awesome, thanks so much.

Professional & Delivery within 3 hours. I would thoroughly recommend this Company. I have used other florists but the display was exceptional. We purchased a Sympathy Bouquet Medium Vintage display, at a difficult time no added stress about the flowers was great & able to pay our respects with flowers as we couldn’t make it in person to a funeral. Pretty impressed! Order was quick and easy to place. The florist phoned me to confirm the delivery had taken place and relatives sent me photos of the received flowers which showed they were of good quality and as described on the website. The only slight criticism I have is that the name of the beneficiary that I entered in the website which was slightly unusual , does not seem to have been conveyed correctly to the florist . Overall I am pleased with the service and the quality of the flowers . The florist went the extra mile in phoning me . Price was very competitive too.

Bought a Christmas bouquet for a close friend. An adjustment had to be made on the colour of one of the flowers, which made it even more personal. Wonderful service.
